FREE WI-FI ARRIVES IN MEDOLE WITH MYNET

MEDOLE (MANTUA) – A total of 14 points have been activated as part of the WiFi4EU community call for proposals in the Medole area: the intervention, completed in recent weeks by Mynet and strongly supported by the municipal body with the aim of increasing connection opportunities for citizens, involved the municipal residence Palazzo Ceni and the Piazza Vittoria opposite. The municipal offices were connected to the WiFi network as a priority, in particular the waiting and refreshment areas open to the public and the main common areas; complete coverage was also guaranteed for the museum rooms spread over two floors and the council chamber.

The system created by Mynet provides users with a 10 Mega symmetric connection (both in download and upload) specifically designed to prevent abuse, without however affecting the performance of users.

The installed wireless points are already fully operational and are all connected to the Mynet fiber optic network to provide the maximum possible performance. The registration process is very quick, and citizens can complete it independently in less than twenty seconds. To use the connection, users simply need to connect to the WiFi4EU network and register by entering their telephone number; registration remains active for 24 hours and can be renewed every day.
