Information for processing of personal data

Pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR) and its implementing decree Legislative Decree No. 101/2018

PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
The methods for processing the personal data of users of the www.mynet.it website, which may be collected during consultation of the same, are set out below. This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR to those who interact with the web services accessible by telematic means from the address: www.mynet.it. The indications provided below are also inspired by the guidelines inferred from Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC and relate in particular to the collection of personal data on the Internet, with the aim of identifying the minimum measures that must be implemented in respect of the persons concerned in order to guarantee the fairness and lawfulness of such practices.

THE DATA CONTROLLER
Following consultation of the website www.mynet.it, hereinafter referred to as the SITE, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The ‘Data Controller’ of their processing is MyNet S.r.l. - Mantova, Italy, hereinafter identified as the DATA CONTROLLER.

SCOPE
The information is provided only for the SITE in question and not for other external websites that may be consulted through the links present on the pages of the SITE, which connect to different domains, for which the DATA CONTROLLER is not responsible.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services on the WEBSITE (physically resident on servers connected to the network) are carried out at the registered office of the DATA CONTROLLER and are handled only by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from navigation on the WEBSITE are communicated or disclosed to third parties whose actions are not inherent to the management, operation or control of the operations of the WEBSITE itself. The personal data provided by users who forward requests to receive informative material are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested service or performance and are communicated to third parties if this is necessary for that purpose, except as provided for in the chapter ‘Optional provision of data’.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the WEBSITE acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, purely by way of example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the SITE and to check its correct operation. The data may be made available by the DATA CONTROLLER for the purpose of ascertaining responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes or other requests authorised by the judicial authorities.

Data provided voluntarily by users of the site
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the WEBSITE or through the filling in of request forms or other guided procedures present on the WEBSITE itself, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
Specific summarised information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the request forms or in any case indicated in contacts to request the dispatch of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For the sake of completeness, it should be recalled that, in some cases (not covered by the ordinary management of this site), the Authority may request news and information in accordance with the above legislation for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases, a reply is compulsory under penalty of administrative sanction.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
In the event that the user is required to choose a ‘username’ and/or a ‘password’ to access restricted sections of the WEBSITE, it shall be the user's responsibility to keep such data confidential and to immediately notify the DATA CONTROLLER of their use by unauthorised persons.

COOKIE
Cookies are short text files that are downloaded to your device when you visit a website and allow the SITE to recognise your device. They have different purposes such as allowing you to navigate efficiently between pages, remembering your favourite sites and generally improving your browsing experience.
Depending on the function and purpose of use, cookies can be divided into technical cookies, profiling cookies and third-party cookies.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed with and without electronic or otherwise automated, computerised or telematic instruments for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.  Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access in compliance with the obligations to comply with minimum security measures.
In order to provide a complete service, the WEBSITE may contain links to other websites that are not managed by this DATA CONTROLLER, who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publication of unlawful moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the regulations in force and compliance with the Privacy regulations by the aforementioned sites.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to Among the rights recognised by the GDPR to the beneficiary/interested party are those of
- to request access to the personal data provided and to the information relating to the same; the rectification of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete data; the deletion of personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in Article 17, paragraph 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in paragraph 3 of the same article); the restriction of the processing of personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the cases indicated in Article 18(1) of the GDPR); - request and obtain - where the legal basis of the processing is a contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means - the personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to data portability)
- object at any time to the processing of personal data in the event of special situations concerning you;
- withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (e.g. date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (e.g. data revealing racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, state of health or sex life). Processing based on consent and carried out prior to its revocation shall, however, retain its lawfulness;
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority - www.garanteprivacy.it).

AMENDMENTS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time in order to adapt it to new legislation and to improve it, also taking into account the suggestions made by customers, collaborators and users.
