Service Charter
Pursuant to Article 8, Paragraph 5 of AGCOM Resolution 244/08/CSP, it is announced that, starting from October 2010, the “Misura Internet“, website offers a service for verifying the quality of fixed-line Internet access (software Nemesys). The data produced by the Nemesys software can be compared with the values reported in the most recent publication of the "Basic Offering Performance."

More information about the line speed is available at this link.

As an alternative for a quicker and more informal performance check, you can use the  SPEEDTEST.NET service. Be sure to use the service from a station not connected via WiFi and ensure that no traffic from other stations is passing through the connection. The data provided by the service can be communicated to the helpdesk to support any reports of anomalies regarding the access speed.

Consult the archive of the Service Charter and quality indicators from previous years.
