MYNET ACQUIRES 100% OF THE CAPITAL OF ULI - UTILITY LINE ITALIA, A HISTORIC OPERATOR IN LOMBARDY

Mynet, the only operator in the national telecommunications landscape with over 30,000 km of owned optical fiber positioned in the medium-sized business segment, has acquired with a notarial deed dated November 2nd the control of ULI (Utility Line Italia), a historic telephone company in Seveso (MB) and operating at a national level in the resale of optical fiber services, telephony, telephone switchboards, certified mail and advanced data center services.
With this operation, Mynet also extends the presence of competent technicians and engineers in the province of Monza-Brianza to manage its local customers more punctually, acquires over 500 new business customers and enters, through Utility Line, into the capital of MIX, the most important data exchange point in Italy, with 2.4 Terabit/s of peak traffic and 13.37 Terabit/s of total capacity. Through this acquisition, Mynet also breaks the wall of 100,000 IPv4 addresses available, surpassing all operators under €1 billion in annual revenues for both IP addresses and owned fiber optics, further paving the way for its future growth.
